This is one of the first outcomes I did in
year two, to do this I started to press certain objects from my red project
into clay. I choose a Christmas light, a pin scissors and a knitting needle. Then
once I built up the walls I poured plaster into my mold it came out like this,
but to make the objects stand out I sanded down the objects so they look white
against the red clay that got stuck onto my plaster mold to make it look more professional.
I then cut off the edges to leave a square around it. This outcome is one of my
favorites so far because I love how rustic it looks. I think that if I did this
again I would try different objects to see if I could get better molds.
